Dacaishi is a very large shopping area in Dalian,and located at the north square of Dalian Railway station.
There are 4 floors totally in the building,and except of the building inside selling,some goods are displayed outside of the building,like seafoods,vegetables,meats,fruit…
1st floor is mainly for snacks,kitchen ware and Cosmetics selling. For snacks,including sugar,peanuts,pine nuts,red dates,dried cooked seafood,raisins and etc.;for kitchen ware,such as cups, chopsticks,bowls,plates,knives,tea pots,chopping boards and etc.;for Cosmetics,such as facial mask,cleaning milk,perfume,skin milk,hand mirror,Nail Polish,Makeup Collection …..it’s the heaven for makeup.
2rd floor is for clothing and accesseries,like T-shirts,trousers,jacket,Earrings,Pendants,rings,belts,Bandana,hair clips,sunglass and etc.
3rd floor is for shoes and hats.
4th floor is for art works,like fan,rockwork,potted plants,statues, photo album,spring Festival couplets and many small items for marrige use…..
Dacaishi is a wholesale market,due to the cheap product advantage,almost everyday,when it’s still dark,many dealers will come here to buy goods in bulk,and back to their own shops to sell in daytime.
Therefore,everyday,besides lots of dealers come here to buy goods which they want,lots of Dalian civilians also come here to buy daily necessaries what they need . Therefore,before you begin venture here,you must get prepared on physical or mental for the crowded condition. Especially during several days before Chinese traditional festival,Dacaishi will be huddled with people..
You must note that the goods here are not name brand and cheap,so you’d better not hope that quantity is good too. But even if the price here is low,but you still need to know how to bargin with the storekeeper.
